I heard that the top spec anti lam was meant to be more nutritionally balanced, so I use that instead, and have found it to be excellent so far:)

I've been using the top spec anti-lam too which is good stuff, my mare looks really well this year and her skin (itchy but not sweet itch) is much better this year.

I use Blue Chip lami light, and I would recommend it. It has lots of nutrients, including biotin for healthy hooves, and his feet are in excellent condition. No problems keeping on shoes for 8 weeks (he could probably go longer, but don't like to go too long between farrier visits). He needs to lose a little weight, but that is mainly because our pasture is very rich, and I probably need to do more fast work with him. But I have been feeding Lami light since May 2005, and Toby is very healthy on it.

Hope this helps.

Yes I used it last year and Blue Chjip Original the year before. I did try swopping onto Happy Hoof but found the amount additional supplements I started using was just silly so have gone back to Lami Lite. Buffy has been back on it a month now and her coat has just regained it's previous Blue Chip gloss - she looks good.

I did look at one of the Top Spec balancers (not sure if it was Anti-Lam think it was). I didn't think it contained quite as much as the Lami Lite in the way of preventative (hopefully:rolleyes: ) lammy bits ie. sepolite clay to absorb toxins, magnesium for IR, and I think the Top Spec only had a prebiotic as opposed to prebiotic and probiotic in the Lami Lite.
