Hi,
I have a chunky irish cob with ringbone, he also has very bad hoof condition, they are very brittle and can be flaky when dry and soggy when wet, and he gets a discharge from just above the coronet band. The vets are still undecisive as to why and whether these are linked. I am thinking of trying some bioflow boots or bioflow tendon wraps and was wondering if any one had any good or bad experiences with them?
Thank you!!

Its worth a try.
actually thinking about it they might help my mare. She is on off lame at mo.
A lady at my yard uses them on her 30yr old mare and swears by them.
Only downside they can be expensive
Check with your vet first too.

A tb x CB horse at my yard years them for about 20hrs of a day, and since she's been wearing them, she's off bute and sound in walk. She cannot trot sound but it's such an improvement from the hobbling mess she once was.
She has navicular symptoms but no navicular?!

Thanks, a local supplier has told me that there is a 90-day moneyback guarantee with them if you don't see improvement.
I also wondered if anyone had horses which had negative side effects..I know with some people the magnets can may them feel dizzy/sick.

I've never heard of any negative effects. Don't you think people think too much? They could have been imagining things???????

Tara, the cb x tb mare has a small lump on her cannon bone, just were she's been rubbing the bio-flo boots - but only because she has them on 24.7 literally so just watch out for rubs etc.

Being a distributor and a horse owner I use them on my own horse and find they are grea tfor circulation problems. I have also had lots of good feedback for arthritic conditions in horses and dogs as well.
I can't vouch for the other makes as the magnets they use are not the same as the bioflow magnets.
