This is the horse I nearly bought but he ended up lame with navicular :( he was a fantastic jumper and just the coolest dude :( Thought I'd post these up here for the fun of it! This was the worst weather I've ever ridden in. Torrential rain and thunderstorms. He knew he was having pictures taken, so was showing off. He had knocked that jump down in a previous round so decided he wasn't going to go NEAR it

We had a strange agreement with his owner. She had left him in a paddock for a year and a half after a nasty fall where she put him at a jump wrong, he flipped and she got knocked out and lost her nerve. To trial him properly, we needed to get him fit, so basically we had him as our own for a few months, his owner came occasionally to see him and we could do anything we wanted. I took him show jumping and dressaging etc etc. To be honest it was quite weird, but it did work very well as his owner didn't have the time to do anything with him, and we did.
