View Full Version : Breeches Revealed......

Was going to call the thread "Breeches Uncovered..." but I know what you lot are like :p

Had to get up good and early to do this.... faffing around finding charged batteries for the camera etc.... Breeches was none to impressed with me leaping out with my camera with no prior warning.... I swear I heard mumblings about "hair" and "powdering his nose...." :D

Anyway... to get the ball rolling.... here is the lovely Rosie... looking all chilled and mellow as ever...
http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a179/domane/Rosie2.jpg

Here's the man with his favourite 4-legged girlie....
http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a179/domane/Gaz5.jpg

Here's proof that Breeches tacks up at lightening speed... too fast even for my camera shutter....:p
http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a179/domane/Gaz4.jpg

Now Breeches INSISTED on a mounted shot with no hat! I ASSURE you that it was sitting on his lap and was swiftly plonked onto his head as soon as the photo was taken... I DO have the photo with the hat on but am not posting for fear of death (the words "Harry" and "Potter" spring to mind......:D )
http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a179/domane/Gaz2.jpg

Oh go on then.... proof his hat was there... but I caught him blinking!!! :(

Enjoy.....

Nice horse - shame about the rider:D

What? Who said that?

Hee hee well done Jane for snapping breeches - I could say something about the strategic position of the hat but won't as I'll leave that to Fits!!:p

Seriously though, Rosie is looking quite beautiful in the photos. I hope you enjoyed your early morning jolly.

xx

What breeches hasn't told you all is that the bedspread has been contracted out to the elves to make and the're a week behind schedule having something to make for one Frodo chap! However it is nice to finally put a face to the posts!

domane

just look at all that hay!
Actually, the barn in the "mounted" pictures is actually straw... in the other pics you can see all the recently harvested haylage.... all wrapped and ready for use/selling... see all the green and white bales in the background? And that's just the FIRST cut... there'll be another before autumn (if we get enough rain :( )

And good to put faces to the names.

I'm sure you'll still come up trumps with the elven bedspread... otherwise there'll be a few dissatisfied ladies on this forum!:D

Actually Domane, if you could get him vaulting up onto Rosie a la Legolas ( do you know that scene?) in his elven dress.. that would be just perfect!

Sadly I have seen none of the films you lot are on about.... films with elves have no interest to me. (with the exception of Labyrinth because my husband's mother was a sculptor for that!!)

Sorry.... :(

teabiscuit - in the film David Bowie (who's the villain of the piece:D) wears a rather tight little outfit which leaves little to the imagination:D :D :D, a bit like Linford Christie's *lunchbox*
Sorry breeches - no offence intended in fact your legs look like a fine set of legs from where I'm standing (or sitting rather :D)

Frankly matey, I'm surprised knowing your photographic skills that you managed to get a pic with EITHER Breeches OR Rosie in, let alone some with both of them;) Well done Jane:D

How strange that I discover Breeches to look EXACTLY as I imagined him.. am I telepethetic and psychotic, or did Domane give a stonkingly good description? Telepethetic and psychotic, obviously;)

Whats all this I've missed whilst working for the good of the people for the last four nights about elven blankets and, I assume, though like Domane, I've never seen any, LOTR?

Is our Gaz a movie star?

not a big film watcher, though i have seen one LOTR (can't remember which) and loved it
(avoids mention of lunchboxes studiously :o )
