Changing Avater

How do you get your avater to flick from different pictures? As in i want more than one picture i wanna show in a slide show thing :D

You need to make them using a programme that makes gif. or animated files,you can do it on Photoshop but its kind of complicated there is also a website which you can upload your pics onto and then it makes them into a slideshow,I could make one for you if you wanted?

I can't remember what the website is called sorry,I don't use the website but other people on NR have used it.
