Hmm I was mooching on ebay for some chaps and Joddys... and came across this!
Is it a bargin !??? sometimes I am rather blinkered lol but seems quite resonable..
It also states ina recent question that they also can alter Half chaps to fit unusal sizes for an extra £10 ( by master saddle)

I probably wouldn't go for it but then I prefer to spend a little more and buy quality that will last longer, whenever I buy cheaper stuff it never lasts long

yer your prob right!! See I just never think about the cons!
I need a whole new kit tho after giving it all away when I sold my mare.. I liturally hung my hat up and now looking at getting back into it.. I guess they may be ok as spares... mucking out in and fetching in etc...wouldnt mind getting them ruined!

Those chaps are awful, I know cos I bought some for OH a while back - they are Gallop brand right? I recognised the tab at the back and I think it said they were GAllop, well, they are the most appalling fit, they are really baggy. I got him the suede ones, whether or not these are different I couldn't say, but I'd be a bit dubious. I got his from a company called Webtack (who aren't very good when you want to return anything incidentally).

Echo what the others say too, get yourself to Robinsons, they had a jodphur jamboree on last week, they were all something ridiculous like £8! They're Requisite brand ones are fab at £16.99 and they do chaps cheap too. Depending on how much you have to spend I'd say the Mountain Horse Rimfrost Riders are a cracking boot for both riding and mucking out in etc, they cost me £62 ish from Robinsons and you cannot wear them out! I have treated mine rather badly and they just won't die!!!!!

I own a pony and am on a very limited budget......paying high prices does not mean you are necessarily paying for quality....usually you are paying more because of the brand name!
My ponys travel boots cost me £10 for the set........his travel/fleece rug cost me £20 (from Tesco!) and his bridle cost me £15, for the bridle, flash noseband, reins.....every time I buy something for my pony, i look around in different shops to compare prices, i also look closely at the quality and what is included..........i can safely say, i have never bought any 'cheap rubbish'
