Resising avatar pics

I have a great pic i would love to have as my pic but how do i resise it? Do i have to use a special programme or something??? :confused:

No, you can do it on paint, just open it onto paint then go onto 'image', then 'stretch/skew' and depending on how much it is too big by type in the amount you want it reducing by. If it needs to be roughly half the size it is now, start with 50%. You can check if it's the right size by going onto 'image' then 'attributes', and it will tell you it's height and width, when it's within NR's requirements, save it, then upload it.#
