I cant see Pics!!!HELP

Iv always been able to see the pictures that people put up but recently i havent been able to see them.it just comes up with the writing and a blank space.I have NO IDEA why:( Its sooo annoying! Has this happened to anyone else? Please help me.Thank You.:o

What browser are you using? Is it only the external pictures (linked from photobucket or other site) or the attachments as well?
