I'm not sure it's as cut and dried as that.
Most breed societies will say in the blurb that their breed has good strong feet, they're not going to say anything else are they!
Like all breeds some have good feet others poor. Some breeds will tend to boxy, upright feet, but there will be good and bad quality horn within the breed.
Most of our Icelandics have feet like concrete, one has slightly weaker feet and has to be Keratex'd to keep them in good order.
It's just the luck of the genetic draw influenced by diet and various other conditions. Weather, soil composition etc.

My mare is a partbred Cleveland Bay (CB x QH) and my farrier always raves about how good her feet are. On the other hand, there's a Cleveland Bay x TB on our yard with awful feet, at one point the farrier had to come out every week to use some kind of polyfilla (for horses though) just so that he had hooves. They're much better now but still take a lot of looking after.
I don't think you can generalise and say all CB's have bad feet but there are bound to be some out there with poor hooves, just as there will be some with hooves of iron.

I tend to find TBs have bad feet, not because of hoof quality but the conformation of the foot is poor.
Hoof quality depends on a lot of things, partly genetics, partly diet, and partly depending on management things.
