thanks everyone :)
she's a welsh section D, about 13.3 hh.
she's 13 and not done a lot, but she's very sweet natured and i hope to just pootle about with her and generally get her going.
It's been a long time since i've ridden a pony so i'm very excited about it.
she's so stocky though that it doesn't feel like a pony ride.
her main asset is her gorgeous nature-never met such a sweetie :)

i'm grinning like a cheshire cat-I rode her again last night.

not had time to do anything with her all week so last night i took her out in the windy wind and walked her down the hill to the beach-past the HUGE scary cows and got on her on the way back up the hill

on her own

i've done this with a lead horse but this is the first time on her own and she was such a good girl.
she's lovely :D
