hey all i need exercises to do off horse back because i cant ride for 3 weeks due to feet problems. i got a virus last week and it caused the skin on my feet to come off (why i dont know) so icant stand or walk . but i need ways to keep my muscles in shape for riding any advice appreciated

Ouch! sounds painful.
Umm...if you have one of those giant exercise balls, they are great on keeping the pelvis and back loosened. If not, you can do pelvic thrusts o the floor.

But really, I wouldn't worry much-its only 3 weeks :)
