Hack Tomorrow

hi all got a hack tomorow and itz my first hack i just wanted some genral tips i think we are either going round the roads or the beach its a walk and trot hack im really excited but don't know what to expect BTW its with my RS in a group of us!

Hi jeni ive not got any helpful tips really, just relax and enjoy it im sure you will have a great time i find when going out on a hack, horses i have rode seemed more alert and awake a bit more excited then when riding them in a school but thats just my opinion (sp?) Hope you have a brill day

Just try to relax and enjoy yourself!! (Don't forget your waterproofs!)

Hiya hunni, you'll have a great time!
I went on a canter hack last friday- i was on winnie and thomas was in our group aswell. We went down to the beach and had a great time.
They are much more awake on hacks, but with Thomas you still might have to carry a whip.

Can't offer much advise other than have fun, relax and enjoy it! I'm sure you'll find that hacking is really great :)

I went trekking on the beach on holiday once, it's amazing! :D Thomas is adorable! I'm sure your'll like it, hope you have fun! x

Thomas was really good and i had a gr8 time weather was gus and for sara we went with Pat she was on colin. He was irritated by the flies but otherwise it was brill. We went round the roads then down a footpath! Sorry no picz

you should do a walk and trot hack with me at the same time then we could meet! unfortunatly i can't do canter hacks (i wish)

Hi!!

You know, horses could be really lazy in the school and really energetic on hacks. I went on a hack the other day with a horse, who isn't lazy but not exactly energetic in the school, and this was just a walk and trot hack, and my horse kept on wanting to be infront, always trotting when I was sposed to be walking, and then there was like a dip and most horses trot down that, and I went down and my horse cantered up and down the hill!! Hehe, horses can change alot on hacks!!
