Access Difficulties

Personally, I prefer America Online; they've made many improvements in the past year that have made the service better. I have friends who seem to be as displeased with MSN as you; they're stuck with it for an entire year too.

Hi Mike! ..... As you can see I have finally managed to get on to the web site!

I really do Not know what is going on here .... but I'm thoroughly fed up with MSN and Internet Explorer/Outlook Express ... at Mike's suggestion I'm thinking of changing to something else, but would appreciate any comments listers might have from MSN users, or other .... Am I hoping for the impossible expecting a problem-free service?
