Hi all,
had my first class today, and loved it.
Class lasted 1 hour, only 2 other people in the class, so we all got a lot of attention.
Class started with walking around the field, a little canter, and the usual "heels down" thing. Had some trouble getting the right rythm with my movements adn getting my hips to do what the RI asked, but the RI helped me a lot, and I finally got it. Some exercises, making the horse go through some pre-stablished paths, pass through posts, etc.
At the end of the class, some " stretching" exercises, mounted on the horse.
I really enjoyed it, and canīt wait for more.
Since most people here are from England, you may be happy to know that one of the ladies in the class is Brittish - we are in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Cheers, and pardon my English.
