I thought you might like to see this picture of the gorgeous Bill taken a couple of weeks ago

Goodness knows if it will work or even if I've copied the right bits . (Thanks to my aged brain , I can't remember what I did last time to get a picture on :( )
In any case I just wanted to say thanks to all the people on here who post such helpful replies. So far every query I have is amply answered by a quick thread search! What a great site:)
I'm just loving being a horse owner and Bill is such a sweety .He will come to me when I call him in the field and , although he still goes like the clappers in trot ,he will always come back to walk when I ask , so it's less scarey now . I've fallen off him at canter and lived ( reassuring) and am now having lessons on the lunge to improve my balance!! And , best of all , the other day I was leaning on the fence with my back to the field and Bill had his head over my shoulder as I stroked his nose ... then he dozed off ... bliss or what:D (and he smells delicious :p )
