Both my horses love to reach through each others pipe stalls..hence rubbing their manes across it as they poke their heads through...both already have gray streaks on their blonde and white manes...which is not half as bad as they seem to be cutting up parts of the mane, as they looked somewhat shorter, like they were cut off in weird pieces.... and have small spieces sticking up like a foal would have!
I cant find any other way to keep them from doing this as their stalls are pipe stalls... no choice in the matter..... I dont know what else I can do to protect their manes.... HELP!
