Today was moving day. I couldnt of picked a worse day to move Captain to his new grazing. The wind was gale force and torrential rain. I could of turned back and tucked him into his nice 5 star hotel we had just moved from but I knew everything would be ok.
I thought he would be a git when I got him off trailer and suspected he would drag me over to the other new field mates. Did he??? No he just walked off and put his head down to eat the grass and ignored the ladies prancing around.. I popped him onto his grazing and am a happy bunny. We have the luxury paddock with its own shelter from many trees and own private picnic area and bench. :D

The mare and foal next door are absolutely besotted with the new handsome boy. Cute foal piccy dont you just want to take foaly home.

Captain tested the internal fencing and it isnt working so he may be joining the others for breakfast. :p

Then as I walked away he decided to do a "look at me I'm gorgeous" shot for the camera. It had nothing to do with the ladies next door honest.

Went back down this afternoon and a family friend has his bow top on the field at the moment so got invited in for coffee. John is going to take Jasmyn and I for a drive with his cob Danny. :D

I have to say Captain is a star. He has only jumped a little once whilst I have been with him and that is good as the weather is WILD. Fingers crossed he doesnt pop over to play with the foal next dooor through the night...
