you know how horses naturally turn like a motorcycle ( lean to the inside and put their head to the outside)? well..i cant get maya to bend into her corners!! i try and try and sometimes i can keep her from cutting half the ring off, but i still cannot get her to bend..or at least get to the point where i feel like shes not going to fall over on top of me. and ideas?

put poles in the corner laying length ways, as if blocking off the corner put with two gaps one to go in one to go out, this means she has to be careful andf not cut the corner otherwise she will step on the pole, also look up and slightly to the outside, your hips should follow and help to keep the horse out!!!

Have you tried lots of circle work, serpentines etc in trot first? It normally takes a good half hour for the horse to warm up and start to bend into the corners. Practice in trot first, then try in canter.
