The latest horse in my search....
Id x Thoroughbred 16hh, 10yrs, roan gelding, excellent all rounder, brilliiant confidence giver, 100% in everyway, good to shoe, clip, catch, he is a perfect gent, new baby forces very reluctant sale
I spoke to the seller last night, and he sounds super. She's had him nearly 3 years now. She has mostly hacked out and pottered on him having fun doing stuff like pony games, a bit of jumping and fun rides. So no competition experience or dressage schooling, but he is priced to reflect that :) I could spend the extra money on us both having schooling / lessons each week :)
The seller seemed honest, and told me he had a 5 stage vetting a few weeks ago, but failed the flexion tests. The vet apparently recommended that he wouldn't be suitable for regular jumping at height, but otherwise he was healthy and had a good temperament. The buyers wanted to do XC so the sale didn't proceed.
I have a good feeling about this one.... :)
