Just the mention of a dressage test brings me out in a cold sweat. That's when you'll need the "little liquid refreshment". ;)

3. Do a dressage test....still not done it.:(
I may well be in the next year thing as well. :( I keep saying i'll do it indoors over the winter. Ha!

we all had a great time- no pictures though, may get a photo later from the guy hanging round taking pictures.
the horses were to sparkly and excited for us to take pictures at first and by the time they'de calmed down, we were to knackered to take pictures :D
we all did some jumps, they had tiny ones that you could do from a standstill if your horse got spooked by them so it was an ideal practice for finnster and bonnie. Little lad did the bigger jumps donchaknow:)
bonnie stood on my foot but apart from that no problems, they were gooood boys and girls :)
the scenery was beautiful, the weather gorgeous.
big grin from ear to ear :D :D

Your first two are ambitions of mine too, which I have yet to do. I’m fed up on not having any transport to get anywhere, I’m thinking of buying shares in a horsebox with someone else from my yard, then I won’t have any excuse not to get out and about a bit more!
P.S. The third one is not something I would ever want to do, well not on a horse like mine who dislikes schooling so much, unless there’s a dressage test where you plod in, halt and salute at X, turn round and amble out again!!:p

I've been looking for a walk and trot one as there's no way he could do a well schooled looking canter (or any canter in fact:rolleyes: ) in the school for a prelim. I can recommend the first two though.:D

why is a dressage test a fate worse than death? it's not the actual test itself, i am not sure why i dread it soooo much!
