first dressage test

After 12 weeks of training/fittening my new horse Tassel (16hh skewbald mare 5 y.o.), we have competed at our first test, P6. She was very well behaved although her level of training slipped back a few weeks!
We got 48% (very kind judge as it took 4 attempts to get a correct lead canter on one rein) and I am still on a high. Another test next week and then we shall have to start her jump training

I'm so pleased for you:) You must have worked really well with her. Lots of patience I know but it pays off in the end.

By the way she sounds lovely....I love coloured horses:)
