email notifications

It seems like I no longer get email notifications when I get a PM or a subscriped thread. How come?
I looked at my User CP and it still has 'immediate email notification'.
Is it something everybody is experiencing at this time or just me? I got a new computer but my email address is still the same... :)

Mine works fine:) Maybe you should e mail a moderator??They are very helpful!!!

Might want to try checking your junk mail filter. Or if you can, whitelist "@newrider.com" in your filters. (I am getting notifications fine.)

I have a SPAM folder (where all the questionables go ;) ), but it's not appearing there either. :(

Ive not been getting them either. Only been getting emails when my inbox is full and someones tried to PM me.

I have been getting the PM e-mails today, had about 200, thats how popular I am :D OK thats an exageration :cool: , but I have had a few today.

Hm. Good for you raingodz.
I can never find a mod online nowadays... Perhaps I will have to create a new identity with a new email address? I will need to think about who I want to be :p

I've not had any notifications either, even when I delibrately said I wanted one. Just been looking at all the new posts and that's been working OK.

As far as I know the system is working as obviously some people are getting the emails. I'd be suspicious of junk mail filters and it would be worth checking that your ISP is not pre-filtering your mail which may be stopping messages.

Erm, I've now got an email notification for this topic. I think I had messed up subscribing to posts.:o Anyway it does work for me :)

I changed it to a yahoo account and I get notifications there.
My ISP was bought up by another provider. Perhaps that's what messed it up. I am in a few Yahoo groups and I had to re-confirm on those to still get my notifations there.
