Heather Moffett knee rolls. Where can I get them?

I am looking at a HM saddle but it is being sold without knee rolls. Where can I buy some from?? I've looked on the Enlightened Equitation website but they don't appear to be sold in the shop.

You can get Barry Swain knee rolls (which are virtually the same) from www.bettersaddles.co.uk (http://www.bettersaddles.co.uk) - I don't think Heather sells them seperate from the saddles....
