Taz has a million little scabby thingy's on the back of his hind legs, as well as on his blaze. at First I thought it might be rainrot, but after thorough inspection by just about everyone from the farm, including RI, its been determined its not.
I don't think the scabs are causing discomfort, (maybe itchiness, although I haven't seen him scratch), but they are horrible to touch. And when I picked them off, the hair comes attacked to it, and he bled! So poor Goldielocks looks very funny with missing chuncks of hair from where the scabs have been picked/brushed off.
I've put medicine on it, because of the bleeding, and have rinsed it with a fungal shampoo in case its some kind of fungus.
Any other ideas as to what it might be / how to treat it. Don't really want to get the vet out, as its not causing any obvious discomfort or anything... and callout fees are horrendous.
