Awwww, he's lovely :D !

I actually think he's in rather good shape :) , but if I was to be really picky. . .
He needs to engage his hindquarters a little more.
Looks like he could be quite heavy on his forehand.
His head and neck carriage could do with some work.
But the above 3 points are all interlinked to be honest ;) , so sort one and you'll practically sort the rest in the process.

I can't see the bottom 2 pics (I just get two boxes with crosses in them  ), so can't comment.
But he looks like a sweet little horse :o .

Here's what I see.
He's on the forehand, particularly in the 2nd pic. He's lacking impulsion, which would be why he's on the forehand. He's also built downhill, which doesn't help the process of getting him off his forehand. He does seem to be attentive though and willing to learn, and from the way his ears are going, I'd say that he tries to listen. He's got a very thick throatlatch, which will make it harder for him to actually go on the bit, but on the plus side, because of his thick neck, you can cheat a bit in training shows ;) The thickness of his neck would give the appearance of being deep.

i think you need to loosen his throat lash, and the fly fringe one, then they don't put him off softening
he's lovely
