Carrots causing wobbly legs??

I was told yesterday that a condition causing the horse to have wobbly legs has been linked to over feeding of carrots(by an equine ciropractor)(scuse spelling). Has anyone heard of this? :confused:

Sounds a load of rubbish to me but then she's the expert!!!!
