should i get the vet?

Pride still has the yukky scabby thing on his heel (mud fever possibly). He's had it for about 2 weeks and it's no worse but no better either... It did look better for a day but now its just the same as before.
I've been cleaning it with hibi-scrub and keeping it as dry as i can. He isn't lame on it and it doesn't seem sore.
So do i need to get the vet?

If there is not swelling, heat or soreness, I'd probably ring my Vet and discuss it. If any of those 3 occurred, I'd want my Vet to take a look
