Ohhhhhhhh. I've been trying soooo hard to keep this for the new monthly Cooper post but I can't contain myself.
I'm bursting to tell you that we had a chiropracter see Cooper on Monday past and she couldn't find ANYTHING wrong with him ANYWHERE.

Where is the party?

Ok, now I've got that out of my system, here are the details.
As you know his CK was raised which shows recent muscle damage. Vet prescribed a month off - ok fine but I want to know who, where, what, when and why?http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f270/Whatanejit/Smilies/a102.gif
The YO breeds eventers and has a regular Chiropracter lady who visits twice a year. She also visits a lot of the racing yards around here.
Unfortunately, I wasn't there for the experience but HG reported back to me.
* No pain anywhere
* No real stiffness - he is just left handed
* He needs to muscle out more will be a late developer. Just take it very slow with him.
* No jumping with rider for at least another year
http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f270/Whatanejit/Smilies/witch.gifAnd now for the hocus pocushttp://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f270/Whatanejit/Smilies/spook.gif
I know some of you are into this - in addition to being a equine chiropracter she also 'talks and listens to horses'
Aparently Cooper is very happyhttp://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f270/Whatanejit/Smilies/cloud9.gif
Mmmmmm.
I dunno but aparently.......
2 of YOs horses are very sore and are feeling under the weather - especially one who has a sore head. They are not very happy.
Another livery owners horse is painful in near hind and off fore and is very grumpy because of it.http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f270/Whatanejit/Smilies/fragend013.gif
So to summerise..................
= equine shiatsu practitioner (May's mum) = £00.00 - says he is painfree
3 weeks later.......
= saddler says he is a little tender from moving saddle on left side = £40.0o
2 weeks later....
= back man says he is very sore - manipulates him, makes him squeal = £40.00
8 weeks later...
= Vet says he is pain free but blood results show recent muscle damage= havn't got the bill yet = £??.00
2 weeks later... = equine chiropracter and horse whisperer and listener says he is pain free and very happy = £30.00
Ok, so that will be it for a while, me thinks.
It would be nice to meet Norman in the Spring time http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f270/Whatanejit/Smilies/smilieAF2FlowersTree021.giffor another check up!!
