What colour would this be considered? Roan something maybe??

He looks like a Bay Roan. My son had a pony his color many years ago.

And can I say, he is an outstandingly beautiful Stallion!

He looks like a bay roan in the middle of a coat change. Normally on a roan the roaning is evenly distributed over the body, but not the head or points; it doesn't occur in patches like that. But because roans change with the season, lots do look very patcy as they change coat.

Is he pure Welsh B?? He doesn't look that typey for a B. What's his breeding?

I have no idea, found him while looking for dressage trainers in my area. Website says "Crignants Little Baron Tu - 13.1 hh 3 year old section B welsh pony stallion".
