You'll see I've made some layout changes here to move the main site links from across the top to the left side where they now match the other site pages. It also gives us some space to highlight other areas.

I think I've checked that this displays OK on all the pages but if you do come across a message board page which looks strange (big areas of white space) do let me know.

This is the best website I've been on for consistent maintenance, attractive and user-friendly layout, and functional and easily read and updated "Forum" section. If you aren't already a professional WebMaster and earning a great living you should be! You only have to try one of the other style message boards to see how frustrating a poorly done site can be.

I agree! The only other site I've ever found with the same layout and type of forum is the Tivo site - that's a sort of digitial tv recorder, and so it's not of endless interest. I can't think why more people don't use it. And of course Mike & Sarah's moderation is magnificent....

Thank you, glad you like it. We do try and keep everything clear and easy to use.

I've got quite a backlog of articles to add to the site, just haven't had a lot of time to work on them lately. There's some more great articles on side-saddle, riding in formations and horse care topics. We'll get them up as soon as we can.

I like the Horses for sale section (top left). I wish I could buy one but will have to settle for looking for a few years yet :(

Great site! :p
