What is he??

I had a pony a few years ago on loan for while. These where my dim days though and i didn't care how big he was or what breed he was aslong as he had 4 legs and i could ride him. Someone asked me the other day what breed was patch and i honestly don't no. He was 13.2 and could jump like a stag
Can anyone hazard a guess??

i think he could be an irish cob coz i used to hav a 13.2hh piebald gelding who looked just like urs. :D
