Ivory had her first outing yesterday - competing in hand at the Manawatu A&P show. She was brilliantly behaved and I couldn't of asked for any better from her.

For those of you who don't know - Ivory turned four 3 weeks ago, and was backed and green broke at the end of May. She has never been exposed to much, growing up on a farm and running with 2 other fillies so this was a rather large event for her.

Merryn also came and showed her Sec. B Welsh in the welsh classes, also a 4 year old - she was also an angel so it was a great day.

Anyway - some picutures.

Stacey.

Ivory - all ready to go

Gorgeous!
I'm so jealous. I wish Canada had more in hand shows (besides western horsemanship and halter) they all seem to be in the states for TBs and Warmbloods

Just talked to her breeder to sort out the name business - she is called ivory because the song ebony and ivory was on the radio around the time she was born. Tony, her breeder decided ebony was to obvious and likes to do things a bit contrary so Ivory it is!
