hi just wanted to share with you all , i went to a clinic yesterday with bob mayhew,it was great learnt alot ,hes a very nice man goin to another one next month .with shane bolman, i think thats his name,as i have a problem finding a trainer in essex its the next best thing.

Bob's good and shane is meant to be aswell :D
Its a pain trying to find trainers, when I lived in Herts David Deptford used to come to me, I now go to him mostly as he's only 1/2 hour from where we live now :D

There is also lee rutter round this way, and its not ssooo far from Essex ;)

I think he lives in Shipston (and has a yard there abouts) but does clinics at the Mendips, they just have his profile for people going to the clinics there :D
