Driving- Any one fancy grooming for me?

I have decided that I love driving soooo much, I am going to have a goo at competing in the spring. Pinnochio loves it too. But....

I need a groom, to ride with me in competions and hack out.

Every one on the yard is great, they all groom/hack outwith me, but they al have their own horses and compete in their own diciplines and I cannot ask them.

Is there any one on newrider that might be interested, or where do I go to find some one?

Ideas or offers pm me please.

I would love to help and I'm in west sussex but I fear my lack of experience , small children taking up most of my time and my lardy ar*e would prevent it. :o All the very best of luck finding someone suitable and do keep us updated!!:D

I'd love the opportunity to do something like that, but because I have to get an education, do coursework *yawns* it takes up all my time!
Maybe in a couple of years....:p

Sorry CHesters not an option. Canary Islands maybe or Italy, but not Chester. Will stick to Sussex. Will try yard and Groom though. Thanks

Have you tried asking other riders you know?

I'm helping a new lady on my yard who drives - she dosn't know many people and even though I have my own horse, I only ride and it's always fun to help out and maybe learn something new.

Have pm`d you regarding a fjord horse that i have seen for sale.
My best mate is my groom and we work well as a team.You definatley need someone to help tack up and offer the cart to ,there is no way you can do it on your own with a big horse and cart like i have got.And we have a laugh(always).
