I've seen I few posts about exericises and stretches already and with every different thread I learned new stuff but these are things I either already knew or did(some things may have already been said but I'm not possitive)
1-Stretch before and after you ride it wil prevent soreness and help flexibilty.
2-Ride a bike without sitting down will help blance and leg strenth
3-while standing on a step on the balls of your feet crouch into riding postion and stay there for a count of 5 then relax and repeat
4-While riding post the trot often or stay in 2 point(jumping postion)
