I would put some honey on it - great for healing wounds and also reduces the likely hood of long term scars. On research done in hospitals honey has been shown to be more effective than Iodine at healing up wounds and minimising infection as it has a natural antibacterial action

leave it - picking before it's ready will make any scarring worse, if it's not deep and you are sure there's nothign in it. puncture wounds ned to heal from the inside, but superficial ones can scab over.
