now i have a 13hh piebald cob thing i thorght he was a welsh pony cob type but no no no no they have to be every colour exept sewbald and piebald so what is he he has a face such like them though:confused: :confused:

Is that him in your avatar? If so he's stunning! Personally I wouldn't worry about what he is - if you like him & he does the job you want then surely it doesn't matter :D

he looks like kesera, kesera is classed as a traditional cob, however all we knwo is her mum is a gypsy cob, as she was a surprise foal for her owners. however a few peopel on my yard think she may have some welsh in her, as she has a pretty head.
it is always possible that yours coudl be welsh cross.

Well, he's definitely not a Welsh - he is tobiano, and that particular colour gene doesn't exist in Welsh ponies.
He could have some Welsh in him though - lots of the coloured cobby ponies have native blood in them somewhere. Lots are bred from coloured cob stock though - which means their origins are often lost over generations. He's lovely :)

He looks like what is called a," Gyspy Cob", here in the USA.

i let the mud dry then brush the fethers out with a stiff brush!
i also apply some mane and tail conditioner that keeps the fethers silky and helps stop mud sticking to them.

puzzle 1 of my coloureds is welsh d x cob , he looks really welsh well from what i have been told he has great welsh conformation but coloured ! :p

I'd just call him a colored cob! Lol, well I work at a farm full of them! :)
