Don't put so much pressure on yourself.

I am just returning to jumping after having pretty much a year out of it. I did so much of it that I felt pressurised to do it.

Just do some pole work and gradually you'll relax and then raise the pole to a cross bar etc.

I rarely jump, but when i do absolutely poo myself  I get shouted at for forgetting to breathe (end up lightheaded and wobbley), so get told to take long, deep breathes to steady myself. Maybe you could try this?

Some good tips that may help you relax better....

Close your eyes and think of happy stuff such as flying hamsters over rainbows.. anything that makes you smile.. once you found something that takes your mind of things... concentrate on your breathing like breathe in for 3 secs and then breathe out for 3 secs (whatever you are most comfartable with).

Now start visualising how fab you look jumping the course with the horse you are riding and dream of a perfect clear round with all the turns etc (good way to remember the course)... after a few minutes of visualising how great you and your horse is... open your eyes and think lovely thoughts (maybe fluffy bunnies sharing a carrot with a greedy horse)...

by now you should be happy and comfortable with yourself and feel more relaxed.....

If you are still worked up and it hasn't worked at all, you can always pull up in the showjumping ring if you get too worried but after jumping the first jump in the ring, your adrenaline will make you want to ride your best...

hope this may give you some ideas of relaxing :)
