Hey don't worry- Merv is an arse, if you have him again give him a tap behind the leg (watch for bucks) and don't pre-empt the jump so much, either sit and wait (you're folding too early and 'dropping' him- i.e. the contact) or come in in a light seat and just balance there.

By the way my problem is sorted- I jumped Charade fine the other day :)

Sonnet - I don't know why no-one slikes Charadey, she jumped 3'9 last saturday, even though I stopped helping her at about 3'3 and started coming into them with my eyes shut :D
