White inside the ears

Since we got Topaz six months ago, she's had a white patch inside her ear. It doesn't ooze, or flake or anything, and it doesn't seem to bother her (she doesn't scratch at it, and she'll let you poke at it all you want). Any idea what this might be?

aural plaque, most likely. i can't remember whether i always think it's a fungus but it's actually a bacteria, or the other way round, but if you google ityou should find it. it doesn't normally cause any problems, whether it;'s a bacteria or a fungus.

Aw, thanks! I've looked up pictures of aural plaque, and that looks exactly like what she's got. :) Glad to know it's nothing serious. I was 99% sure it was nothing, but there's always that 1%, and it costs so much to have the vet out...
