Colic?!

:confused: 2 of my ponies recently had colic one was a impacted colic 1 was a gas colic they are both fine now my friend suggested it might be the hay i get what do you think?????

I would only suspect the hay if it was poor quality.

Have you changed the routine???

Changed paddocks???

Wormed recently???

Changed feed???

Any of above can bring on colic.

Some signs are, not going for a poo for an extended amount of time (i.e. all day), looking at belly, kicking at flank with back legs, wanting to roll etc.
