Turnout for Livvy...

I am taking Livvy to do Prelim 18 on Saturday, and am having a panic about turnout :o

Is it ok to show her in M&M dress? I don't have a stock or black/navy jacket or anything, so I was planning on my tweed jacket with my corn show shirt, red tie, beige jodhs (or canary if they arrive before) and long black boots.

I'm 15, so is that appropriate for me? I'm going to plait her mane but not her tail and she has havanna tack and laced reins, although I can easily use plain if that would look better?

I don't really think turnout matters that much in prelims and lower level tests at unaffiliated level. As long as you are smart then i don't think anyone would say anything, it's more about how you perform than what you look like! If me and Shearer have done it looking like pikeys then i'm sure you'll be fine :p Good luck!

Oh good; we've run out of money :p

It was our first ride at the new yard today and mum forgot my snaffle for Livvy :rolleyes: She's ridden in a pelham normally and she's strong in that so it's a bit suicidal taking her in a snaffle really! :D
