I always clean my leather gloves in saddle soap if they have got dried out or muddy. Put them on, wash them with the soap (I have Carr, Day & Martin's glycerine bar) as if you are washing your hands, wipe off the residue (don't rinse) with kitchen paper and them put them somewhere warm to dry - not on a radiator or an airing cupboard - air warmth in a warm house.... this works a treat for my Good Hands leather gloves.
PS Congrats on the pregnancy
