HAs anyone used a Mikmar training bit at all ???

Question in the title really.

Any thoughts good or bad appreciated.

Not used one, often looked at them but never brought one. In the show ring we can't have a combo bit, so I opted to train in a bit I can show in too.
My mare was ridden in a combo bit for about a week, when she was first backed and was transitioning from a sidepull to a snaffle.
