He is beautiful, but I'm sure you know that already!
My old mare is a golden dun 28 yr old, happily working still in her lovely loan home. Oldies but goodies!

I own a mature horse too, 26 yo 16.3 hh Thoroughbred. You wouldn't know his age by his looks and personality, and man does he love to run. I would love to get to the UK someday, so many yards(stables) so close to everywhere. My boy is 45 minutes away :-(

he is a sweety. I will see him tomorrow. My mother is visiting from Michigan and I am taking her on a trail ride. My RI and myself and my mother are going in the morning. I hope Dutch behaves!
I am in contact with another stable that is said to be closer to my home, and seems to give great care too (their webpage says good things), but is a little more expensive. Not too much though, and if it means I see my horse more then I might just move him. I love the place he is at but the owner is in the middle of moving the farm (10 miles closer, yay, but still 40 minutes away) and the arena is unusable and it will be probably winter before everything is set up in her new location.
I'm rambling now. But I love my Dutch and I want to ride him more often. I wish I lived in the UK where yards are eveywhere!

Aaaaaah a palomino, my favourite colour, and a welsh cob, one of my favourite breeds along with quarter horses. He does looks fantastic for 27 years, a credit to you for taking good care of him from birth.
Forever young at heart.
Cheers
