What was the course like?

I am about to send off my application. I am a bit worried about the vage ness of the info pack - no info on course content etc
eml - do you know if my whitness needs to send copies of all her certificates of just the most recent BHS ones, I have tried to contact the collage running the course but not having much luck.

Daughter is acting as witness and has sent copy of her highest BHS qualification (IntSM). We don't know if this is right or not yet...just glad this is an experienced friend doing it and not pupils!
