Cheap homemade jumps?? SJ+/XC?

I am on a tight budget but want to get some jumps, I have a couple of poles already and a few wings and blocks but need more! I have salvaged some heavy duty drain pipe and some old wooden head boards that I can paint up and make into fillers but just wondered if anyone had any other ideas? Rosie has never competed so ideally need to make them look like proper SJ's or XC's. Have got old liquid bowser typ things that I'm going to fill and paint for more fillers but am now stuck for ideas that arent going to cost much! Have a VERY handy OH so making things arent a problem! Any ideas guys?
