Unrelaxed When Riding ?

Hey

Im not A nervous rider, at all, just a bit when jumping, but recently my instructor has been telling my in really tense and stiff with my shoulders and upper body.. Any idea to help with that ?

Also, i get really sore ankles when i ride, they seem stiff too.....Any ideas ??
