Advice on my colour scheme?

I decided that for Puk since i have to wear a navy jacket i was going to change from my usual t/o which is red and gold browband, tie and scrunchie with a yellow shirt which goes with my tweed which has red and orange over check to..

liliac shirt, navy and liliac tie and scrunchie and navy and lilac browband - this one actually http://www.showingtime.co.uk/detail....D=8&catbigtxt=

this is the tie http://www.showingtime.co.uk/detail....=11&catbigtxt=

i think although a nice and smart colour scheme i'm not sure if it will stand out on a dark bay? i'd like to be a but different, i quite like the burnt orange browband on showing time but OH think i'm crazy.

Would my colour scheme for the tweed look just as good with the navy or does anyone have any other colour schemes?
to give you an idea of my current theme:

as you can tell i've left things to the last minute

ETA i quite like this navy and yellow one? http://www.mrscandy.co.uk/gold/13_browband.html

not sure what size of browband i'd need.....

Liking the burnt orange

Think it will look classy and different...just think of Hermes and Veuve Cliquot, both of whom use orange as a signature colour.

Have to say I'm really not a fan of lilac browbands.

Gold always looks lovely, as does white (if you can keep it that way) but I do really like the red on him, and red and navy always look smart.
