dartmoor ponies??

I'm possibly going to view 3 dartmoor ponies tomorrow as they are only around the corner and are for sale at a good price and registered. But I have very little contact with dartmoors in my life so what can anyone tell me about them? Would they be able to carry me when they are adults (currently all 2 year old colts) I am 5'2" and tend to be betwen 8 and 8 and a half stone.

Thankyou.
